Before starting, first skips files already marked done earlier in this session (free, instant), then checks the destination for anything else already saved from an earlier interrupted run — a file is only trusted as done if it's above a minimum sane size, so a partial upload/write left by a crash gets reprocessed rather than mistaken for finished. Supported for Local folder and Google Drive. Not available for Google Photos — the destination permission only allows uploading, not listing existing library/album contents. Only enable this when resuming with the same settings as before; otherwise files may be skipped even though you wanted them regenerated.
